The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2021 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
