2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant of the deceased. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.04.2025.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of accusation, criminal antecedent of the petitioner and gravity of offence, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is rejected.

5. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2025, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same, preferably within a
