CORAM:
HONOURABLE MR.
JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order of suspension dated 18.06.2015, which was issued in contemplation of the departmental enquiry.
I find that the charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner and departmental proceeding has been initiated against him.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any merit in the writ application and accordingly the same is dismissed.
Patna High Court CWJC No.14467 of 2015 (3) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 It goes without saying that the departmental proceeding would be concluded within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of show-cause notice. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) kunal/- U
