Now enquiry report has been submitted and finding the petitioner and deponent guilty, this Court has ordered for lodging an F.I.R. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45815 of 2016, is still pending, he prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the present application.

In such view of the matter, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
