JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75148 of 2018 to the extent of extending the period of surrender for execution of the bail bonds.

The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 354 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code vide order dated 11.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75148 of 2018 but they could not surrender in stipulated period.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38309 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Patna.

The order dated 11.01.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
