2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 246/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366(A)/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The victim eloped and got married with Baiju Yadav as per the statement of the victim who has instigated the Baiju Yadav for marriage. The petitioner is in jail since 23.04.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Patna concerned court in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.
