ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-01-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 29.05.2006 passed by the Sessions Judge, Madhubani in Criminal Appeal No. 15 of 2001, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 19.03.2001 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Tr. No. 5 of 2001 arising out of Madhubani (Rahika) P.S. Case No. 107 of 1987 by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for three years.

Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference with the same. However, considering the period of custody and the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.694 of 2006 dt.21-01-2016 date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the Application stands dismissed.
