Petitioner seeks bail in Sultanganj P.S. Case No.55 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392, 411 Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. As per written report, one country made pistol and rupees five hundred cash was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2018. Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief
