ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-01-2016 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 25.05.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-IV, Begusarai in Criminal Appeal No. 156 of 2000/61 of 2005, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 18.11.2000 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in Tr. No. 353 of 2000/G.R. No. 2730 of 1991 arising out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 155 of 1991 by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Section 394 IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for three years. Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction, I do not find any perversity in the same. However, considering the period of custody and the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.737 of 2006 dt.21-01-2016 date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations, the Application stands dismissed.
