JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Nanad of the deceased. The marriage of the deceased had taken place with Jitendra Choudhary about 14 years back. In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 9.6.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
