JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 21.8.2021, passed in Cr.Misc.No.30350/2021. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to inadvertence, name of the petitioner and his parentage has wrongly been mentioned in the cause title of the aforesaid order as 'Satendra Kumar son of Khirodhar Yadav in place of " Satendra Kumar @ Satendra Yadav son of Khirodhar Yadav @ Khilodhar Yadav'.

In that view of the matter, modification petition is allowed.

Let the name of the petitioner and his parentage

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51157 of 2021(2) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 mentioned in the cause title of the aforesaid order be read as 'Satendra Kumar @ Satendra Yadav son of Khirodhar Yadav @ Khilodhar Yadav' and to this extent, order dated 28.2.2020 is modified/corrected.
