This application has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding for violation of order dated 16.8.2010 passed by the learned Single Judge in C.W.J.C. No. 2384 of 2010.
The aforesaid writ petition was filed against the order of suspension. Learned Single Judge allowed the writ petition and order of suspension was set aside which was challenged in L.P.A. No.797 of 2011 and the same was allowed by this Court vide order dated 19.8.2011 with a direction to the authority concerned to expedite the trial of the petitioner so that enquiry should be concluded without any delay
Patna High Court MJC No.4355 of 2010 (5) dt.27-07-2015 preferably within six months. If the trial continues beyond the aforesaid period for no fault of the petitioner, he may approach the authority for revocation of his suspension and if the authority does not revoke the order of suspension, he may approach this Court again.
In view of the order passed in the aforesaid L.P.A. the present contempt petition lost its force. Accordingly this contempt application is dismissed.
