JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 This case has come at the instance of the Stateopposite parties. It is contended on behalf of the State that there has been typographical error in the show cause affidavit filed by opposite party No.4 as the total amount of Rs. 5,65,837.00 was paid to the petitioner, i.e., Rs.5,54,578.00 through cheque no. 197250 dated 06.08.2015 and Rs. 11,259.00 through cheque no.197281 dated 21.09.2015. However, it appears from the paragraph 6, it was stated that the total amount of Rs. 5,65,837.00 has been paid vide aforesaid cheque no. 197250 dated 06.08.2015. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submits and says that, in fact, petitioner has received Rs.5,54,578.00 by cheque no. 197250 dated 06.08.2015 and Rs. 11,259.00 by cheque no. 197281 dated 21.09.2015.

Patna High Court MJC No.2446 of 2015 (4) dt.11-12-2015 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 04.11.2015 stands modified to the extent that a total amount of Rs. 5,65,837.00 has been received by the petitioner through the aforesaid cheques as stated by learned counsel for the petitioner also.
