The petitioner seeks bail in Dhanarua P. S. Case No. 407 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the written report. The petitioner has been remanded in this case merely on suspicion on the basis of confessional statement recorded in Danapur P.S. case no. 723 of 2017. It has further been submitted that no incriminating article or alleged looted cash has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. No T.I.P. of the looted money or the petitioner has every been conducted by the police. The other co- accused persons have already been granted regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court by orders dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49067 of 2018(4) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 3.8.2018, 19.7.2018 and 11.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no(s). 46813 of 2018, 43465 of 2018 and 15835 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2017. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P. S. Case No. 407 of 2017 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
