Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected four times by this Hon'ble Court.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the case is at the fag end of the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the stage of trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner, It is, accordingly, rejected.

However, taking into consideration the period of custody i.e., 13.10.2015, trial court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible.
