The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/ 447/ 302/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR discloses allegation against five persons of commission of assault with the weapon of the occurrence in their hands to Raghvendra Yadav, the father of the informant. The post mortem report would reveal that the doctor has not found any external injury and opinion is kept reserve awiting viscera report.
Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

No.38539 of 2020(3) dt.12-03-2021 2/2 Since the prosecution case is not corroborated by medical evidence for the purpose of consideration of prayer for bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (O.P. Kanaria) P.S. Case No.141 of 2020, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
