It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 01.10.2018, the bail application of the petitioner was disposed of with observation that the Trial Court shall release the petitioner on its own satisfaction after completion of six months in judicial custody, however, in the said order, it has been mentioned that Trial Court shall release the petitioner on its own satisfaction after completion of his period of custody after six months.

In such view of the matter let second last paragraph of order dated 01.10.2018 be read as the Trial Court shall release the petitioner on its own satisfaction after completion of six months in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49023 of 2018 (5) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 judicial custody.
