The petitioner seeks bail in Sarmera P.S. Case No. 102/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence petitioner along with other accused persons entered into the house of informant and dragged her husband from inside the house. It is alleged that Pramod Ram made firing in the Panjra of husband of informant on account of which he fell down. Thereafter Devar of informant went to save the husband of informant then this petitioner caused firearm injury to him. Husband of informant died on the spot due to firearm injury. Injury report of Ranjit Ram is available in case diary

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39028 of 2019(3) dt.20-08-2019 2/2 wherein doctor has found simple injury sustained by Ranjit Ram.

Petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with S. Tr. No. 81/2019, arising out of Sarmera P.S. Case No. 102/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
