For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Shree Ganesh For the Respondent/s : Mr. (Ga7) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Annexure-14 is the order passed by the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna. The order indicates the position that the name of the father of the petitioner was recorded in the matriculation examination on the basis of the declaration made by her in her form for registration. The Examination Board is not at fault as the correction therefore cannot be ordered to be made on the basis of an afterthought with regard to the actual name of her father.

No doubt, there are surrounding circumstances to show

Patna High Court CWJC No.17067 of 2010 (2) dt.28-07-2015 that name of the father is recorded as "Uday Prasad Singh" in some other documents but that should have been taken into consideration by the petitioner while filling in the form before the Examination Board.

No interference is warranted with the impugned order contained in Annexure-14.

Writ petition is dismissed.
