Informant while was in a way to his house, was trapped by anti-social elements, who on the pretext of assault by means of Chhura, snatched away his bag containing Rs.70,000/-, document, cheque book, Aadhar card, PAN card, driving licence etc. along with mobile. C.D.R. of looted mobile was obtained, whereupon the Investigating Officer found the petitioner using the same, whereupon the raid was conducted and looted mobile was recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he had purchased the same from one Guddu Mahto without knowing the fact that aforesaid mobile set was looted property. On the other hand, learned Additional Public
