He has submitted that earlier this case (Sessions Trial No. 385 of 2015) was pending in the court of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge and thereafter it has been transferred in the court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge. The record is fixed for recording statements of the accused persons but one accused has left pairvi resulting the record is now fixed for appearance of the accused. Further, the accused persons have filed Criminal Revision against the order dated 06.09.2017.

Under the circumstances, no order is required to be passed. Let it be kept on the record.
