1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner in this application prays for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case no.266 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the F.I.R, the informant states that the five named accused persons including the petitioner herein came variously armed and misbehaved with the lady members of the family. It is further stated that as a result of firing resorted to by one Laddu Singh, the informant sustained injury in his leg. Others including the petitioner also resorted to firing.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

As per the allegations, inspite of so many persons having indulged in firing no other person is injured. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and undertakes to cooperate in the case. No injury report of the informant's son has been produced.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation in the F.I.R., no injury having been attributed to the petitioner and the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case no.266 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Patna City, District Patna.
