ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction in Appeal dated 22.8.2006 passed by the 1st Additional Distt. & Sessions Judge, Buxar, in Criminal Appeal No. 26 of 2003. Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.
However, considering the period of custody already undergone by the Petitioner, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him.
