The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(A)(1A)/(1AA)(1B)AB/26(1)(2)/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is of recovery of one country-made pistol with four live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner has antecedent as mentioned in paragraph '3' of the bail application. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021 with a condition that one of the bailor shall be the brother of the petitioner (Sita Ram Singh) and in the event, if the petitioner is implicated in a case of similar nature in future, the learned court below will forthwith cancel his bail bonds.
