JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) of the Excise Act. It is alleged that twenty liters of foreign liquor and country made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family house and the petitioner is 75% handicap.

Considering the quantity of recovery and Statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the
