2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 560 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (C) of the I.T. Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 4079 of 2023, but coaccused Nishant Kumar has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7985 of 2023 and the case of the petitioner is on exactly similar footing to Nishant Kumar.

4. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 560 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
