The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner, in the present writ application:-
1. (i) For directing the respondent to comply the order dated 16.06.2012 (Annexure-1) passed by respondent no.3, the Tribunal, in Appeal No.28/2011, 'Vijay Kumar Srivastava Vrs.
Mukhiya/Panchayat Secretary' whereby and whereunder, after considering the merit of the case, he gave direction to concerned Employment Unit to appoint the petitioner.
(ii) To give direction to the respondent Authority to allow the petitioner to work
Patna High Court CWJC No.11497 of 2014 (2) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 as a Block teacher in Middle School, Mahila, Ithari and also pay the salary".
Considering the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Buxar within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
