JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 04.12.2017 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 449 of 2017 whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(A), 66(B) of the I.T. Act.

Mr. Sudish Kumar, learned advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to
