Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 382 of 2019 for the offence under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

It is alleged that the petitioner and others took away the son of the informant on 27.4.2019 and thereafter he did not return.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 25568 of 2020. The petitioner is in custody since 1.6.2020.

No.38954 of 2020(4) dt.05-04-2021 2/2 In order to maintain consistency, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, , in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 382 of 2019 .
