JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 The petitioner, who is husband of the opposite party has approached this court invoking its writ jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to quash an order dated 7.1.2010 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, in Matrimonial Case No. 293 of 2008. By the said order the learned court below has passed an order under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 on petition filed by the petitioner to pay Rs. 1500/- per month and also directed the petitioner to pay Rs. 5000/- in lump sum to the opposite party to meet the litigation expenses.

I have examined the materials available on record and considering the facts and circumstances, the court is of the opinion that in case of such direction for payment of such meager

Patna High Court CWJC No.19974 of 2010 (5) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 amount the petitioner was not entitled to approach this court. The writ petition stands dismissed.
