JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015 registered under sections 323, 341, 342, 427, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the injuries sustained by the members of the prosecution party and the role assigned to petitioner no.3 C.K.Singh @ Chakshay Kumar, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected. So far as petitioner no.1 Aruna Devi and petitioner no.2 Pratima Devi are concerned, taking into consideration the

No.43374 of 2015 (2) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 fact that they are ladies and a general and omnibus allegation has been made against them, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
