Perused the memo of appeal also.

At page 3 of memo of appeal one learned counsel Mr. Kalyan Kumar after writing something has signed on 17.08.2007. From perusal of the vakalatnama it appears that said learned counsel Mr. Kalyan Kumar has got no power in this first appeal. The vakalatnama filed on behalf of the appellants is signed by the learned counsel Mr. Shantanu Bhattacharjee and Mr. Prithivi Raj Gupta.

Repeated orders were passed directing the learned counsels to remove the defect at page 3 of the memo of appeal by confirming and signing the same at page 3 of the memo of appeal but neither the same has been removed nor anybody appeared.

Patna High Court FA No.111 of 2007 (6) dt.15-04-2015 This appears to be very serious matter and, therefore, on this ground alone this first appeal is dismissed.
