The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 44 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the accusation against the accused persons including the petitioners is of assaulting the members of the prosecution party. However, he has drawn the attention of this Court to the fact that the petitioners have not been

The injuries suffered by three persons have been opined to be simple in nature.

The petitioners as well as the informant are related to each other and there is a counter version of the occurrence as well.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Banka, in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 44 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
