Patna High Court CWJC No.1622 of 2021(6) dt.03-11-2022 2/2 is the main accused in Benipatti P.S.Case No. 253/22 has already been arrested and as far as the rest of the aggressors are concerned, a petition has been filed before the learned court below to issue warrant of arrest.

The learned counsel for the RespondentState has further submitted that the encroachment in question has already stood removed, a fact which is not disputed by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, it is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner that the grievances of the petitioner has now stood redressed, hence, the present writ petition may be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
