JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioners have sought for directions to the respondents to set aside the office order of District Programme Officer Establishment, District West Champaran, Bettiah contained in Memo No.1377 dated 24.4.2013. By the aforesaid order the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher has been cancelled from the date of issuance of their appointment letter. The salary paid to them has also been ordered to be realised. It is further

Patna High Court CWJC No.14390 of 2014(2) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 prayed that the petitioners be ordered to be restored on the respective post of Panchayat Teacher.

The petitioners are directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of their grievance before the District Appellate Authority, West Champaran, Bettiah within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
