2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioner is separate in mess & property and has got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus. The petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

No.42892 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Saharsa in connection with Bangaon P.S.
