Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.158 of 2015 dt.31-08-2015 2 / 2 Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is contended by learned counsel for the State that the investigating officer of the case after completion of the investigation submitted final form, vide final form No. 12/2015 dated 30.01.2015 and closed the investigation of the case. It has further been contended that the allegations made in the FIR were found to be false and a recommendation has been made by the investigating officer to prosecute the petitioner under Sections 182 and 200 the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no merit in this application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
