The petitioner seeks bail in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 157/2018, Special Case No. 122/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 354, 500, 503 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 66, 67, 67(A) of I.T. Act and Sections 11(iv), 11(v) and 12 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2018. He is not named in the written report.

It is alleged in the written report that niece of informant had received filthy messages on her mobile and was asked to have conversation. It is further alleged that obscene photos were also

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of CDR of Internet protocol detail record. He has no concern with all such activities.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge 1stcum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 157/2018, Special Case No. 122/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
