====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raja Pakad P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 399, 402, 307, 120B, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, and Sections 25(1-b)a, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, on search, one pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.08.2018.

Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42267 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raja Pakad P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018.
