JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-07-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated passed by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in Rev. Misc. Case No. 51/2010-11 whereby and whereunder even before issuing show cause to the petitioner the learned District Magistrate directed for sale of the seized Kerosene Oil and to deposit the money in appropriate head of treasury.
(ii) For quashing the order as contained in Memo No. 460 dated 24-10-2010 issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer Arrah Sadar whereby the license of the petitioner has been suspended on the ground of lodging of the F.I.R. which is not sustainable in the eye of law.

2. Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the same need not be pressed.
