====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the State.

The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 20.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8807/2017, by which the petitioner was granted bail with the conditions as mentioned in the aforesaid order.

The report of the court below has been received wherein it has been mentioned that the bail bond of the petitioner has already been cancelled by order dated 17.04.2018 as he had not complied the direction of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8807/2017 and N.B.W. has been issued against him on 18.04.2018. The case is pending for appearance of this petitioner in the court below.

This Court therefore does not find any merit in this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42278 of 2018 (3) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 modification petition. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
