Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017 registered under Sections406, 408, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, he had taken loan of Rs. 15,000/- from the informant and for repayment of the same an agreement was prepared and as such there is no question of fraud. Petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37347 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017.
