Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51936 of 2021(2) dt.06-04-2022 2/3 assaulted the father and uncle of the informant. It is specifically alleged that this petitioner assaulted with khanti on the head of the father of the informant, as a result of which, he sustained injuries and fell on the ground.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of some petty dispute, the scuffle took place and in this scuffle, the father of the informant fell on the brick and got head injury. It is further submitted that for the alleged occurrence of 05.06.2021, the F.I.R has been registered on 07.06.2021. Moreover, nature of injury has not been mentioned in the injury report. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on
