Heard learned counsel for the petitioners no. 1,2 and 4 and the State.

Petitioners no. 1, 2 and 4 apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/379/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons and these petitioners are alleged to have snatched golden chain and damaged house hold articles.
