Petitioners seek bail in connection with Barahara P. S. Case No. 36/2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both parties have sustained injuries. Petitioner have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 28.05.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-II, Purnea, in connection with Barahara P. S. Case No. 36/2016.
