The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 379, 504, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that petitioner Nishikant Pathak assured him to provide job in the railway department but the complainant had to spend rupees fifteen lacs. The complainant gave Rs.12,96,000/- on different dates but neither the job was provided nor money was returned.

From perusal of the complaint petition itself it appears that that the complainant himself wanted to get job through back door method and the complainant himself is said to have given money.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43341 of 2015 (3) dt.10-11-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Arrah Town P.S.
