This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and others allegedly assaulted to Manoj Yadav, husband of the informant, as a result whereof Manoj Yadav died.
The informant is eye witness of the occurrence. Submission of the State is that some other eye witness also supported the allegation and the case is under investigation.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
