ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-04-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 23.10.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, VIII, Patna, in Sessions Trial No.1213 of 2005 arising out of Fatwah P.S. Case No.240 of 2004 by which he has discharged Opposite Party No.2 from the case.

Having gone through the impugned order, I find that it was for good reason that the Opposite Party No.2 was discharged from the case.

Hence, finding no merit in the application, it is dismissed.
