Today letter dated 16.1.2018 passed by the Director, Agriculture, Biahr, Patna has been attached with the supplementary counter affidavit by which he has given direction to the Block Development Officer, Parwalpur, Nalanda to make payment of difference of salary to the petitioner arising out of first time bound promotion but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date petitioner has not received any financial benefit and still

Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that during pendency of this writ petition the State voluntarily has granted the second time bound promotion but financial benefit has not been given nor has been mentioned in the said letter about the entitlement of second time bound promotion which has been given by the State itself. In such view of the matter, the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif as well as Block Development Officer, Parwalpur, Nalanda are directed to pay the difference of salarly to the petitioner arising out of first and second time bound promotion.
It goes without saying that the benefit of second time bound promotion has been given certainly pension will also be revised, accordingly payment should be made. Entire process must be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
