====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of Arms Act. Allegation is of general and omnibus in nature against all the persons named in FIR of carrying weapons and country made pistol. However, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. According to Postmortem report all the injuries are from sharp cutting weapons. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51494 of 2018(4) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, District Patna in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018.
